thinkLAX, LLC was established in 2008 and promotes the highest level of girl’s elementary, middle, and high school lacrosse through quality instruction while promoting teamwork and positive play. Our goal is to encourage driven athletes to maximize their personal potential.

We are the proud parent organization of Rebels, Renegades, Steel, Pixies, and Maryland Select.

Our Mission Statement:

thinkLAX, LLC is the premiere, high caliber and high quality organization run out of Montgomery County, MD and serving all surrounding counties.

Our program utilizes skill, passion, knowledge, and dedication from our staff to transform players into high caliber athletes. With a challenging and inspiring program as well as an extensive network across the country, we aim to help our athletes reach their highest potential and their biggest dreams. Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in the country and thinkLAX has embraced the task of guiding its students and growing the game.

Our Founder:

Coach Michael Haight is the current 2033 Head Coach for Rebels. He is also the Head Coach at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Olney, MD. Haight has guided the Falcons to 13 WCAC titles and 15 National Rankings. His career record is 306-74-3. Good Counsel has won and amassed a 95% WCAC win percentage since 2004!

• First Coach at UA All-American Senior Game

• 33 Coach of the Year Awards

• #2 Nationally in 2015

Coach Haight encourages players to challenge themselves academically, physically, and emotionally while completing their high school education.
