thinklax (Rebels/Renegades/thinklax tournaments) Employment Opportunities

thinklax welcomes applications for employment with our organization.  All applications received will be reviewed, and applicants will be contacted for an interview.  For candidates that do not reside in Maryland during the school year, phone interviews can be arranged as an option.  

All Candidates Must:

  • List of current clearances* (within the last two years)

* thinklax requires ALL hired staff to hold the following clearances/memberships.  These clearances must be renewed every two years to continue employment:

• Act 114: FBI Criminal History Report, $27

• Act 34: PA Criminal History Check, $10

• DHR/SSA 1279A; MD Child Protective Services (CLICK HERE)

• US Lacrosse:  $50/Adult, $35/High School

Current Positions Available for Summer 2018:

The detailed travel and practice schedules for each travel team can be found on the team page.  

• Lead Coach; Elite Travel Team, Regional Practice Site, or Additional Programming

  • Applicant must be a current or former youth, highschool, or collegiate coach.  Division I, II, or III collegiate playing experience preferred.

  • Applicant must commit to the Fall 2017 season as well.
     

• Assistant Coach, Elite Travel Team, Regional Practice Site, or Additional Programming.

  • Applicant must be a current or former youth, highschool, or collegiate coach.  Division I, II, or III collegiate playing experience preferred.

  • Applicant must commit to the Fall 2017 season as well.
     

• Intern, Elite Travel Team, Regional Practice Site, or Additional Programming

  • Applicant must be a current Division I, II, or III  player.

  • Tournament travel is NOT mandatory, but in the event of a staffing issues, interns may be asked if they are able to attend a tournament.
     

• Future Leaders:  Elite Travel Team, Regional Practice Site, or Additional Programming

  • Applicant must be committed to a Division I, II, or III program.

  • Will work with teams at all practices.

  • C.I.T's do not do any tournament travel with the team.
