3x10 a side - protective cradles
3x10 per dodge- the three dodge approaches w/game
Wallball:
1000 catches
Footwork ladder:
In-in-out-out x3
1-in taps x3
Icky shuffle x3
1 foot north-east-south-west 3x per side
Fitness:
*Go through this 10 times (build your legs)*
30 second squat pulses
Sprint up a hill
Lunge backwards slowly down the hill
Frog jumps up the hill
(Break by walking back to the bottom. And rest with stretches... do again!)
The fitness should burn your legs. That means its building muscle, push through!!! Let's get strong!!
