Practice/HW for today!

Follow the steps!

        1.      Run one mile for time.
        2.      Practice dodges
        3.      Rewatch and complete one workout video from previous posts.  Feel free to record a time lapse and share!

        5.      If you are a defensive player, write down two things you see the defense doing well; if you are an offensive player, write down one dodge you see and one thing you see the players doing off-ball.  What is one thing you see that can benefit everyone in terms of stickwork?
        6.      We will discuss your mile times and answers to #5 on Saturday!
